How to pay

We can accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Delta card. For payment by cheque, postal order or by electronic transfer against a pro forma invoice please contact customer services on 0870 830 7099.

Delivery

There is no additional charge for post and packing. Delivery will be by second class post or three day courier service. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Delivery will only be made to the UK and Channel Islands. If you are not based in the UK or the Channel Islands please contact customer services on 0870 830 7099.

Order enquiries

For any enquiry about your order please contact customer services on 0870 830 7099, open Monday to Friday 08.00 - 18.00. For any enquiry about the new regulations please contact your local Fire and Rescue service.

Refunds or replacements

Communities and Local Government does not operate a sale or return service. Refunds will only be made for faulty or damaged books. If you have received the incorrect book Communities and Local Government will replace it upon its return.

Communities and Local Government will not pass your details to third parties. However Communities and Local Government may wish to contact you by post, telephone or email in the future on related matters or for market research purposes. If you do not wish to be contacted please let us know when you register.
